🚚 Shipping

Flat rate shipping applies to most vape products.
Other items — like shoes, glassware, or awkwardly shaped stuff — may cost extra.
If you’re rural, there will be a small surcharge.
Orders ship within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

📦 Order Processing

Once we pack and dispatch your order, it’s out of our hands. Literally.
You’ll get a tracking number. After that, NZ Post is your point of contact for delays, delivery issues, and lost items.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We don’t accept returns for change of mind — so shop smart.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll refund you — just flick us an email with pics and your bank details.
