Shipping policy

We move fast — but we’re not teleporting your parcel through a wormhole. Here’s how it all works.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is in the system — and another with tracking details once it’s been handed off to NZ Post.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We charge a flat $10 shipping fee for standard vape product orders across Aotearoa.

If you’re in a rural delivery zone, a $3 courier surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout. We don’t set that cost — NZ Post does. We just pass it on.

For bulky, fragile, or heavy items (like glassware, water pipes, or shoes), shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and packaging. You’ll see the full price before confirming payment.

Local? Select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll have your order ready within the hour (during business hours). Quick, easy, and no shipping charge.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Once you have that tracking link, it’s officially in NZ Post’s hands.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or off on an adventure:

We don’t have extra access to their system — so if it’s gone walkabout, they’re your best bet.

🛑 Important Things to Know

  • We don’t deliver to PO Boxes — use a physical address.
  • Signature required unless you leave instructions at checkout.
  • If you enter the wrong address and it bounces back, you’ll need to pay for reshipping — sorry, that one’s on you.
  • We ship within New Zealand only. No international shipping at this time.
