🛑 Can I buy if I’m under 18?

Nope.
We do not — and will not — sell to anyone under 18. We’re not risking our business or your brain cells.

📦 How fast do you ship?

We dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
That doesn’t mean same-day delivery — it means we move fast on our end. Once it’s in the courier’s hands, it’s out of ours.

🚚 Where’s my order?

If you’ve got a tracking number — your package has left our warehouse.
From that point on, NZ Post is in charge.

We don’t have special powers or inside info once it leaves here. NZ Post is your best bet.

💰 Can I return something?

If we sent the wrong item or something arrived broken, we’ll usually refund you.
If you just don’t like the flavour or changed your mind — that’s on you. We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
(Real talk: choose wisely.)

🧾 Are your products legit?

Yes. 100%. Unless it’s a designer dupe – but we’ll state that clearly.
Everything we sell is sourced from verified, reputable suppliers. We don’t stock stuff that was smuggled in someone’s shoe.

📍 Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes— it’s available as a shipping option at checkout.
Choose Click & Collect (Tolaga Bay) when you place your order, and it will be ready for pickup within the hour.

🧁 Do you restock flavours?

Yes, we definitely try to keep stocked up on the faves. Sometimes some flavours are limited and hard to source. Some sell out quick, some disappear forever. If you see one you love, don’t wait. There are no second chances in flavour FOMO.
