SHIPPING
We try our very best to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. During business hours, all orders are processed and packed in our warehouse within 60 minutes of payment confirmation. Your order will await pick up from our courier for same day delivery, or be shipped nationwide via NZ Post.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same day delivery will 100% reach the collection point same day. If your same day package is lost or delayed, it will most likely be an issue at the collection point and we cannot be held responsible. For more information on same day delivery, please see our shipping policy below.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If you find yourself strapped for time, or find it difficult to fiddle around with cleaning and changing coils in your sub-tank, you'll really appreciate the simplicity that the Fat Kiwi tank brings you.
This tank has been designed for the direct to lung vaper in mind. It sports a very impressive 0.15ohm mesh coil that performs best in the 40-70w range (we've found the mesh coil lasts about the same as others on the market). It has an easy top fill system that suits both plastic unicorn and glass dropper bottles. The adjustable airflow ensures you'll be able to find your sweet spot in regards to how open or closed you like it.
Say goodbye to messing around with maintaining your sub-tank! The Fat Kiwi Recyclable Sub-Ohm Tank enables you to simply screw on a new tank when you're ready for a coil change and recycle the old one.

If you have received a faulty vape:

✅The item must be sent back to us in order to received a refund
✅All shipping expenses are at your own cost
✅We can give a refund OR replacement for in-store returns
✅Returns for online orders are refund only
❌We do not accept returns, exchange or refund for change of mind
Shipping
Each customer has the option of having their order sent nationwide via NZ Post (recommended), or choosing same day delivery (Gisborne/East Coast residents only). By choosing same day delivery as your shipping option, you agree, acknowledge and accept the following risks:
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages at the drop off point may not sort it in a timely manner
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages may lose your package or put it in the wrong post box
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages may decide to mail your order to you instead of leaving it at the drop off point for you to collect. This results in a 3-5 delivery delay in some cases.

We do not offer refund or replacement products for orders that are lost by the same day delivery drop off point/mail centre. When our courier delivers your order to the drop off point/mail centre, we will not be held liable for another establishment’s actions.
