SHIPPING
We try our very best to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. During business hours, all orders are processed and packed in our warehouse within 60 minutes of payment confirmation. Your order will await pick up from our courier for same day delivery, or be shipped nationwide via NZ Post.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same day delivery will 100% reach the collection point same day. If your same day package is lost or delayed, it will most likely be an issue at the collection point and we cannot be held responsible. For more information on same day delivery, please see our shipping policy below.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Nationwide orders are dispatched with NZ Post. Once your package has left the Vape Vault warehouse, any delays or delivery issues are out of our control. For more info please see our shipping policy.

The Aspire Zelos Nano vape kit is a compact device for vapers that prefer an MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale and discreet vapour production. Powered by a built-in 1600mAh built-in battery, you’ll experience more vaping between charges and the kit can last up to a whole day on one charge. Included with the kit is a 2ml Nautilus Nano tank that is compatible with the 0.7 Ohm, 1.0 Ohm and 1.8 Ohm Aspire Nautilus coils also included.

The Aspire Nautilus Nano tank features convenient top filling. This means there’s no need to remove the tank when topping up and there are no more messy refills. As well as this, the adjustable airflow allows you to set a tighter or looser draw, meaning you can find an inhale that feels right. We recommend using this kit with either a 50/50 e-liquid or high PG option. It also works very well with nic salt and standard e-liquid.

Warranty & Returns
If you have received a faulty vape:
✅Send images or video of the faulty device to [email protected]
✅The item must be sent back to us in order to received a refund
✅All shipping expenses are at your own cost
✅We can give a refund OR replacement for in-store returns
✅Returns for online orders are refund only
❌We do not accept returns, exchange or refund for change of mind
Shipping
Each customer has the option of having their order sent nationwide via NZ Post (recommended), or choosing same day delivery (Gisborne/East Coast residents only). By choosing same day delivery as your shipping option, you agree, acknowledge and accept the following risks:
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages at the drop off point may not sort it in a timely manner
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages may lose your package or put it in the wrong post box
🥴Those in charge of sorting your packages may decide to mail your order to you instead of leaving it at the drop off point for you to collect. This results in a 3-5 delivery delay in some cases.

We do not offer refund or replacement products for orders that are lost by the same day delivery drop off point/mail centre. When our courier delivers your order to the drop off point/mail centre, we will not be held liable for another establishment’s actions.
